Older adults, those over age 65, represent an increasing share of the US population. In collaboration with the multidisciplinary team of experts implementing the West Health Accelerator at MGB, the PROVE center is developing new PROMs to evaluate the post-discharge experience of older adults. Leveraging these areas of expertise across the system allows for enhanced project performance and program evaluation.
