The mission of the PROVE Center is to pioneer innovative and collaborative research focused on PROs that advances the science of PROs measurement and improves healthcare quality, while also cultivating the next generation of leaders in PROs-focused research.

A key component of the PROVE Center’s work involves collaboration across the entire Mass General Brigham (MGB) enterprise and Harvard Medical School, spanning all areas of healthcare and medicine, to scale the collection, analysis, and use of patient-reported data and amplify the patient’s voice in care.
