Joanna joined the PROVE center in June of 2019 after graduating from Simmons University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and French. During her undergraduate education, she worked in a public health microbiology lab and in a quality improvement office at Boston Children’s Hospital. Since joining the center, her work has focused on PROMs implementation and patient recruitment. Her current projects include the HEADACHE-Q development, imPROVE app design and implementation, recruitment and organization of the cold sensitivity after breast reconstruction study, BODY-Q implementation, and other administrative tasks for the center. Beyond her passion for PROMs and patient-centered care, Joanna loves to garden and camp around New England.
